If you feel under pressure at work or when you study, how do you cope with stress? What are your common relaxation techniques? Do they actually work for you?
when I feel stressed, I like to take walks around the park or listen to relaxing songs or songs that feel that makes you feel happy and lifts your mood sometimes I like to shop and always look my vacation to go traveling and see new places.
sometimes I meet my friends from school and talked all day.
whenever I want to feel calm I disconnect from everything and take a shower and then just sleep.
Many times at work when I feel stressed I like drawing or painting but drawing is better to paint, well is in my case.
